Iunik had been in my skincare awareness bubble for a while, but I’d never gotten around to trying anything from them. When they recently reached out I was more than happy to accept a few products for review purposes (see my Policies page for more info on how I work with brands), and this serum in particular caught my eye. I’ve had a bit of a thing for propolis serums since I belatedly joined the Cosrx propolis bandwagon, and even more belatedly the LGH one! Here are my thoughts after around 3-4 weeks of testing Iunik’s version.
15 Must-Buy Beauty Products in Seoul
Seoul is the land of beauty mania. It’s really overwhelming. Whilst a lot of my favourite Korean beauty products are only available online (and a lot are available internationally online now- yay), here are my must-buy products from the streets of the city! I’ve tried to focus a little more on products not so easily available outside of Korea in this list. Let’s get stuck in!
JayJun Clean Finish Balm Review
First just let me brag on this deal…I BOUGHT THIS FOR 7000KRW ($7)! I bought it in January with the product having a July expiry date, but still? How it was this cheap, down from like 30, I don’t really understand, but I’m damn happy I bought it on a whim. Here’s why.
Dr Jart NEW Ceramidin Serum & Oil Balm Review
Until a couple of months ago I’d only ever tried a Dr Jart mask, and felt that although nice, it was definitely overpriced. Fast forward to now, and although I still struggle to justify a lot of the prices, I can’t stop thinking about my visits to their store and wishing I could return to check out more of their products. Let’s get into my review of two of their Ceramidin products!
LIFE UPDATES: Leaving Korea, Traveling the Globe, and What’s Next?
So, I’ve left Korea! I’m currently back in the UK, and issuing a huge apology here for my sporadic Instagramming, and non-existent blogging and Youtubing over the past few months. Things have been mad. In a nutshell…
Moonshot Microfit (G-Dragon) Cushion Review
Anyone who follows me on IG will probably know I’ve been a Moonshot fan since they first launched a few years ago. They’ve steadily grown in visibility, and I still purchase and enjoy a lot of their products (their jelly pot eyeshadows are my favourite). When they recently had their first ever sale, with a shocking 50% off all products, I did a nice haul (featured in my IG story highlights if you’re interested @skinfullofseoul), and grabbed their Microfit Cushion as recommended by my friend @doniatheconsumer on IG. Let’s see how it’s worked out!
Seoul Shopping Guide: Papa Recipe Flagship Store, Garosugil
So, shockingly, I just tried a Papa Recipe sheet mask for the first time. I know I know, they’re a cult mask and I should have tried one years ago. But they were so hyped, it kind of put me off…now, I’m officially obsessed. Best masks ever, and that made me really want to visit their fairly new Garosugil flagship to check out more.
Dual Lifting Facial at Spa de Heritz with Eunogo
If you’ve been with me for a while, you probably know who Eunogo are- a concierge service catering to foreigners seeking beauty/surgical treatments in Korea. I’ve had previous sponsored experiences with Eunogo including Whoo Spa, and Hydrogen Toning. Earlier this week I visited Spa de Heritz with them for some facial lifting! Let’s see how I got on, y’all know by now I’m always down for a facial.
Seoul Shopping Guide: Dr Jart Store, Garosugil
Believe it or not, I’ve only ever tried the creepily packaged “Moist Lover” face mask from Dr Jart (it was fine but nothing amazing). However I have visited their awesome store on Garosugil, and think you should too if you’re visiting Seoul. It’s pretty cool.
Leegeeham (formerly Leejiham LJH) Hyal B5 Line Review: Toner, Ampoule, & Cream
I’ve been featuring these products in my daily routine posts on IG a lottttt, and I wanted to share why! Wasting no time, let’s get into review.
These were provided courtesy Leegeeham. I provide honest reviews, and companies must agree to my policies before sending products.
